I will send an invoice and start working on your commission after I recieve your payment, I will ask for half upfront and then the other half after the sketch has passed.
From the day you make payment it may take up to 3 weeks to complete your commission depending on the complexity
No refunds after payment is made (except if I'm unable to finish your commission for some reason)
